Hampton is very pleased to announce that we have made a number of internal promotions.
Pete McIntosh and Kelsey Barbour take on the roles of senior account managers, while Susan Montgomery has been promoted to head of design and Jaye Christie to creative lead.
Julie Owens becomes a senior designer, Rhona Hourston a mid-weight motion designer and Zoe Powell a mid-weight designer.
The promotions follow a very busy period for us which included a move to new premises in Aberdeen’s West End and establishing a presence in Glasgow.
Our managing director, Morven Mackenzie, mentioned that she was delighted to see the team continue to develop and thrive.
She said: “It’s an absolute privilege to lead such a fantastic group of talented people and I’m really pleased to see these seven team members get promoted.
“They have a huge amount of agency experience, both collectively and individually, and I look forward to seeing them all grow and develop in their new roles.
She continued: “We’re incredibly lucky to work in an industry that continues to change apace and ensuring we have a highly skilled and motivated workforce means we can continue to deliver creative and innovative solutions to our clients.
“We are also fortunate to be supporting an energy industry, from Aberdeen, that is in transition, with demand in the sector for brand strategy increasing, as companies look to diversify products and services, attract new people and enter new markets.
“Finally, the fact we have grown year on year for the past five years is testament to the hard work of the full Hampton team.”
