Let's put the spotlight on our long distance running, ornamental owl collecting Senior Account Manager, Pete McIntosh

Three words your team would use to describe you:
Really Hard Working (honest!)

What do you enjoy most about working at Hampton?
I love the variety at Hampton, no day is ever the same! I work on a large client portfolio across a range of sectors with multiple projects running at one time. It’s very fast-paced and I thrive on it. I’m also very lucky to work with such a talented bunch of people.

Biggest achievement as an account manager:
Being promoted to senior account manager.

What do you find most interesting at Hampton?
I enjoy working with a number of energy clients and global operators. I’ve gained great insight in to the industry from decommissioning through to brand repositioning around the energy transition.

Proudest life achievement:
Running 73 miles across Scotland from Fort William to Inverness for the Great Glen Ultra has to be right up there.

Any claims to fame?
I used to work in radio in a previous life time, so interviewing Fatboy Slim, Noel Gallagher and bringing Twin Atlantic on stage were a few of my claims to fame…

What are the top three things on your bucket list?
Hike to Everest basecamp, dive with whale sharks and nail a switch front-side board slide on a snowboard.

If you could invite three people to dinner, dead or alive, who would that be?
Angus Young from AC/DC, Mr Blippi (for my 2-year-old son!) and Jack Black.

Hot or iced coffee?
Depends on the weather… In Spain, I do enjoy a little ‘café con hielo’

What's the best piece of advice you've been given?
A man who can catch a fly with chopsticks can accomplish anything – Mr Miyagi.

Fun fact.
I collect ornamental owls, it happened by accident…
