You’ll build your skills in an inspiring creative agency with a team of bright, experienced brand, design and digital specialists at Hampton HQ in Aberdeen. You’ll support the client services team in delivering high-profile and exciting campaigns, building and growing long-term relationships with a wide range of clients.

Reporting to our Account Director, the ideal candidate for this role is a recent graduate or someone looking to enter the creative industry.

### What does the role involve?

As part of a collaborative and ambitious team, you'll:

- Build and grow client relationships
- Proactively deliver work to clients’ needs and objectives
- Support project management and evaluation

### So what are we looking for?

We're looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual who's keen to develop a career in account management. You'll be a strong communicator who enjoys building relationships, getting stuck into a variety of projects and helping teams deliver exceptional work for clients. You'd ideally have:

- A keen interest in brand, creative and digital
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Enthusiasm, energy, and a positive approach to work
- The ability to support multiple projects in an organised, methodical way
- Attention to detail
