A research and discovery period allowed us to identify the unique attributes required to succeed in a packaging and supply chain. This was a dynamic role that touched every area of the global business. We needed a campaign that appealed to the right demographic. We were looking for independent thinkers who thrived in a challenging environment.


Challenge your ambition
At the heart of the campaign was an award-winning, powerful recruitment film. Set in a New York bar, the film features a street wise barman, pouring William Grant & Sons Hendrick's Gin and Balvenie premium serves. Our barman tells a story of a fast-paced world of packaging and supply chain meeting the demands of the global market.
