# Abergeldie Estate

The Abergeldie Estate has been around for a while. In fact, since the 15th century. Always owned by one family, the Gordons. Its nearest neighbour is the monarch's Scottish home, Balmoral. Abergeldie is a stunning estate that reaches out across the rolling hills of Royal Deeside, Aberdeenshire. History permeates the land. Beauty abounds.

When the estate came up for sale, Hampton stepped into the breach. This extraordinary landscape presented an unparalleled opportunity. And a premium address deserved some premium thinking. We crafted a logo mark, designed a premium immersive sales book, website and created a rich tone of voice. All doing justice to this unique place. A place where time stands still. Where wildlife roams freely. And the rural beauty of Royal Deeside speaks to all who come here.

This was more than a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, it was a once-in-540-years chance to shape the future of this estate. An estate, literally, at the crossroads of history.

We created a balanced and effective approach between client, agency and photographer. With stunning images capturing the scale and majestic beauty of this wild landscape. And it was local teamwork that delivered. Signed, sealed and sold within eight weeks.
